Self Employed Sports Coaches

£21 Per Hour Session

Summary Of The Role

We are seeking self-employed, part-time sports coaches to work with primary school children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and working with children, and will have a relevant coaching qualification or equivalent experience.

Types of Sessions:
  • After School Clubs (Primary Schools)

  • Lunchtime Clubs (Primary Schools)

  • PE Lessons (Primary Schools & Some Secondary School Opportunities)

  • Nursery Classes

  • Football Development Centres

  • 1:1 Football Coaching

  • Birthday Parties

  • Holiday Camps


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children in a range of sports, including but not limited to football, basketball, netball, athletics and cricket.

  • Manage behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Follow the uSports philosophy in all your sessions to provide children a positive experience with sport

Rate of Pay Breakdown

Self-employed coaches are paid at a fixed rate per session. Most sessions for self-employed coaches will be one hour in duration and will be paid at £21. This factors in your time getting to the session and setting up.

Please note, £21 is not an hourly rate. Depending on the type of session and the length of session the rate of pay for this session will be shared with you.

For example our holiday camp rates of pay are as follows

Site Manager | £89.25
Lead Coach | £73.50
Assistant Coach | £55

Location

We are regularly recruiting for Part Time Sports Coaches across all of our locations. We are currently recruiting in the Thames Valley & Bristol which includes Reading, Maidenhead, High Wycombe & the surrounding areas.
