Meet the Team

Charlie Hiscox

Company Director

Charlie’s business journey began with a clear mission: to provide as many children as possible with positive experiences through sport. As the founder of uSports, he has grown the organisation from a simple idea into a thriving community, helping thousands of children discover the joy of physical activity.

Steph Hiscox

Company Director

With a background as a qualified teacher, Steph brings a unique blend of educational insight and operational expertise to uSports. Her approach is rooted in the belief that effective programming is essential for children’s growth and development. Steph focuses on the smooth and efficient running of uSports, ensuring every aspect, from long term planning to daily operations, provides a positive and structured experience for children and their families.

Beyond our directors, a dedicated team from across the wider uGroup supports uSports behind the scenes, while our coaches make sure every child has a positive, safe and fun experience of sport.
